    At least two of those cities, Chicago and LA, are long-standing sanctuary cities.
    The Secure Communities program was banned throughout Illinois over a year ago.
    If anything, this is an indictment of sanctuary programs. For decades the police have gone out of their way NOT to get involved in immigration matters...and they still aren't trusted.
    So, what's the point of treating them with kid gloves if it doesn't change their attitude.
    In the end I'm going out on a limb here. This puff piece is timed for release as the Senate considers their amnesty bill. Why else would it take FIVE MONTHS to compile results of a survey in November and December? This is data with an agenda.
