It is not just the number of officers and enlisted but the integrity of those individuals in everything they do. The majority are dedicated and valued military professionals. However, academies and the officers coming from those excellent educational facilities still have problems with integrity issues and honor. All services have integrity in their codes of conduct but as people have seen this past year, generals have issues and their underlings knew of a lot of those happenings.

Why do we NEVER get any honesty from the Obama administration? They are NOT spending cuts, they are minor decreases to the planned increases in government spending! Why do we need a reduction in spending increases? There are 17 trillion of them and growing by 3.5 billion everyday!
