This is like the Good Neighbor Policy in the 1960s. They are the good and we are the neighbor they don't really want. After 10 years of the Russians and now 11 years of the United States of America, we haven't made many friends as we don't have a policy or plans on anything, actual or in the future. We are a revolving door of activities impacting on our people and other nations but don't have clear cut policies and plans, not even for our budgets. We do have Obamacare planned for the future and won't cost a dime more, according to one top official within the current administration. Congress has been in a quandary about moving forward as they don't have a specific plan either. I guess that Twitter, Internet and Facebook apps will fix our problems if we only gave them guidance on how to do that.

We elected people who are whimsical and not wanting to make hard decisions. Rhetoric is more powerful than the heart and soul of a people. Maybe we have lost the heart and soul of integrity and honor in our government. Empty promises and people allow it.
