I would not expect to much from any new Pope. Big churches are a lot like big businesses and governments, there is a lot of politics that goes on behind the scenes. After 2000 years of the Catholic Church going from one crisis to another while trying to control everything from private life's to world banking and national governments it seems a big order for the new Pope to bring meaningful change to a church that is so out if touch with reality and so consumed by internal intrigue and scandals!
