We could call this the common sense 101 bill or the "men are men and women are women" bill

A man in a dress is a man in a dress. Nothing more.

No man belongs in the women's locker room or restroom, regardless of whether he is wearing a dress or a suit and tie. He is a man. And a woman's locker room or restroom is for women

This is so simple and straightforward.

I think relatively few people are worried about women using the men's restroom, the reverse howver, is not true.

Interesting this story is published but no story on pediatricians announcing that there is no evidence to suggest any negative impacts on children being raised by same sex couples. Cherry picking what to report on?

Actually, the Deseret News does have that story. Look for the headline "Influential Pediatricians Group Backs Gay Marriage".

As specifically stated in the article: "The American Academy of Pediatrics' new policy, published online Thursday, cites research showing that the parents' sexual orientation has no effect on a child's development. Kids fare just as well in gay or straight families when they are nurturing and financially and emotionally stable, the academy says."

The article also points out that the AMA agrees with the AAP in supporting gay marriage, as well as the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American College of Nursing. **All** of these medical groups -- MEDICAL groups, mind you, not political or religious -- recognize that gay marriages are good for families and children.
