Hey liberals, see what happens when the government continues to spend money it doesn't have? Apparently you are wrong again and know nothing about economics, excess debt or taxing the "rich".
Hey Mounta(i)man: Perhaps you should actually do some research on the subject - the culprits for the Cyprus crisis appear to be low taxes and low bank regulations - both of which are Conservative ideals. But don't let the facts get in your way.....
@ Maudine. Baloney! Do some research yourself! The crisis is caused by over spending by their government and now they want to steal money from people's bank accounts, a liberal dream come true!
this is similar to a scheme hatched by unions and their demonrat lackies. Raid 401(k)s and IRAs to prop up faltering union pension funds.
Liberals have ALWAYS been about taking from the productive and giving to the non-productive; from the self-reliant to the dependent; from the frugal to the spendthrifts; from thoswe who plan ahead to those who live from day to day.
@ Mounta(i)man: My sources are NPR, CNN, and the BBC. Yours?
@ Maudine. Nothing in your sources indicate the causes of Cyprus' financial crisis stems from low taxes! Nothing! Nice try though.
