Over looking the obvious answer to this kind of social predation and mindless interactions with ghosts and phantom populations.

For what ever reason parents thing a child needs a phone is incomprehensible stupidity. Why does a child need to involve themselves with others fake lives? Phones are a tool for adults and there is no conceivable reason children should be allowed to expose themselves and their family to harm and crimes.

But when college students are brain dead and puppet controlled citizens then its a long and slow process to unwind and unprocessed brain manipulations. Phones are not new technology and have proven to marginal in their realm of reality and facts and truths in social acceptance.

Parents have to start disconnecting their children from fantasy world of internet and cell phones and give them reality teachings until they are old enough 18+ to face all the hazards life has to offer. Parents must make a childs home a haven for family, siblings, and moral relationships.

Home is family domain to teach family values, trust, and character. They might even learn something about each other.
