Derek Fisher uses his family as an excuse to get out of a contract with a team that has no shot at the championship this year. Plays on heart strings of the owner and gets his release only to show up on a contender...well I guess if your not paying attention the 1st time you deserve to get burned a 2nd time. I thought Cuban was smarter then that, guess not.

Sorry, Mark, you should have known. Derek Fisher uses family excuses to go where he wants to play. You've seen it before. No one to blame but yourself. You didn't do your 'due diligence' on this one.
To Dallas he said "my family is too far away in LA" Well, as far as I know, OKC is further away from LA than Dallas is.
