I that type of political environment, the General is expressing that wickedness really is not happiness. The people they have slaughtered is upon their heads as they follow their leader of their own people for years. Where are the weapons of mass destruction that Syria has supposedly stored for 10 years now? Assad may be desperate at the end of his days. His days won't stay forever as that type of government falls, little by little. Hugo Chavez on the other hand will impact his people for some time, yet.
