I am reading this article and trying to figure out just what is going on here with all of these billions of dollars being spent on jobs programs. Then I realize what it is. The programs themselves are the jobs. The people who are employed in these jobs are ostensibly in the business of getting jobs for people who need employment. There must be some twisted circular logic in all this, but I'm still trying to work that one out......
The bill passed by the House seems like a no-brainer. It would save $billinos, & make government more efficient. Who wouldn't want that?
