And its disgustingly detrimental to the cities and people who are being robbed and deprived of their rights to representation of elected officials. There must be a law enacted that makes it illegal for local government to contract more than 5% of its net budget per year and no city provided service can be contracted out side an incorporated city.
We incorporate cities and services for local use and control then our elected officials are brazen and irresponsible by farming out our rights and representation tax limits to private and contract government. This is unconstitutional, we have a right to the representation we vote for and if they cannot stay within their means and budget then its time for another vote to remove the incorporation of a city so we can have a voice in our police, fire, zoning laws, and public expectations of city government.
We now have cities and government taxation without representation and government officials who don't have a job or purpose for being incorporated.
