These studies have little value and no basis of fact for their predictions and assumptions when comparing men and women working side by side or job environment.
Men and women are different when it comes to stress and reasoning and what each gender similarities they have. The only thing similar in men and women is they are the same species with a divided physical and mental processes.
Stress defined by gender is wasted. Each gender thinks of stress on different levels and acuity. Female stress is more emotional and all females consider each other an enemy of their security level. Females think of security in persoanl terms which includes financial dependence of a provider. We reason different at the conceptual level making choices by different processes of intention causing conflicting outcomes.
Equality has nothing to do with it, its instinctive, genetic, mental, and physical to each gender with no intent of harm ever. Equality of genders is not achievable nor something I would want. It's a mans world may sound racial, but its a fact of humanity creation and existence, they are incomparable attributes.
