Let them marry. They may still remain loyal to diety. Celibacy was not a doctrine of the New Testament church as in unnatural for mankind, including the ministry.
Catholic priests were allowed to marry until about the year 1000. The purpose of the change was because priests were willing church property to their children. To keep this from happening the Catholic church then forbid priests to marry.
