More political games from the right. They know that the left wants to increase these cars and lower emissions in the state. So the right will do the opposite to "stick it" to the left. Nothing more than a political football game. The people who suffer? Us.

It's illogical to say that having clean vehicles in HOV lanes is the motivation for people buying clean vehicles. They buy for many more important reasons.

Having an elitist lane anyone with enough money can pay to drive in is just unAmerican, in my opinion.
