Given the Obama hype that he only deports criminals, this will be tough to explain.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and declare that this mid-level bureaucrat fell on his sword AFTER the DHS release plan suffered an adverse reaction. Somebody's gotta pay, and it won't be Janet Napolitano.
