Pass a Federal Law that says I can't choose who put's their hands on me and in me? I personally don't care where a doctor comes from. I do care if any government tells me I can't care who my doctor is.
Racism is alive and well in the United States and Utah. It is just a little bit better hidden these days.
People keep whining about affirmative action.
My answer to this?
If you hate affirmative action, behave in such
a way that it becomes un-necessary.
If not, quit your whining.

If you have reason to believe a particular nurse is deficient, present your evidence to the hospital and reject the nurse on that basis. You have no right to reject a nurse for racial reasons.
Fine. As long as you say it's ok for the doctors and nurses to do the same.
