Global warming sure brings a lot of cold as it did in the 1970s when there was global freezing brought people who wanted warmth.
We are a unique animal that needs to spend money for heating and cooling. I remember when the federal government turned off hot water and set thermostats higher in the summer and cooler in the winter to save on the budget. They were even going to eliminate paper with computers coming on line. Instead, the paper usage went up, not down.
