I wish someone could give me an answer of why people in this country USA find it necessary to adopt children from other countries? We have so many children either in foster care or adoptable right here in this state, yet for some reason they go through enormous amount of red tape and money to adopt children from other countries. True conditions are horrible for many of these children and it is here too or they wouldn't of been removed from their parents. I would be interested in others thoughts!!
@KingmanAZ--American women, receive entitlements for their babies, so very few adopt out.
