I've eaten horse meat. Most of you could not tell the difference. So what?
Oh by the way, you feed Elk the same thing you feed cows, and Elk meat tastes like Cow.

I eat horse meat and its quite tasty especially on some of the sandwiches I had in France.
The problem here is when something is labelled as 100% beef and is in fact 100% horse. I dont know about you but I generally like to know what I am actually eating. Introducing animals into our food chain when we dont know where they came from is not a good thing. Were these horses healthy? What medications were they on? etc....
