We shouldn't be seeking budget fixes, but leadership.

Flush out all federal politicians, and start fresh.

Let's just face the facts! Either Obama doesn't know what he's doing, or he's out to destroy the country:

    * just make the rich pay a little more,-that will fix it.
    * let's all tighten our belts
    * won't see your taxes go up a single dime in any form
    * we'll cut the deficit in half during my first term
    * America has been arrogant, and hasn't given any respect.
    * WMD's, and billions given to Egypt, and Mexican cartels.

Hmm? Four years in office, and holds the worlds record of spending six trillion dollars.
Can't spin this mess to anyone else, but the anointed one.

Can we please take emotion and manipulation out of the income tax debates? If our elected officials call for a 40% income tax to balance the budget, then let every person who earns an income pay 40%...no exceptions, no deductions.

That means if you earn $10,000 dollars a year, $4000 would be your fair share and if you earned $100,000, $40,000 would be your fair share. No emotion, no manipulation.

So, why does Obama need to ask congress for a budget?

    1) Despite popular belief, the President does not actually make the budget.

    2)...

*'Republicans BAIL on budget talks, blame Democrats' - By David Espo - AP - Published by DSNews - 06/23/11

WASHINGTON — Republicans pulled out of debt-reduction talks led by Vice President Joe Biden with a flourish on Thursday, blaming Democrats for demanding tax increases as part of a deal rather than accepting more than $1 trillion in cuts to Medicare and other government programs.'

The Republican party has Obstructed any legislation. Only passing 3% of legislation in the Republican House and Filibustering 400 pieces of legislation in the Senate.

FYi? The American tax payer pays members of the House $175,000 a year.

Obama wants to borrow more money from our grandchildren. - Mountanman

**'Eight years in office, a $10.6 trillion debt' - By David M. Dickson - December 15, 2008 - Washington Times

    Line:
'President Bush has nearly DOUBLED the national debt during his eight years in the White House.'

    Did Obama double the debt?

    Nope.
