Pagan -- let's remember that the NRA is actually pushing for laws that will allow anyone to open fire "if they FEEL threatened."
They are also pushing for a law that will allow anyone to open fire on a police officer if the "FEEL that the officer is exceeding his Constitutional limits."
So who are we to say that this rogue cop isn't FEELING threatened. If he is, then he's within his rights -- at least according to NRA.
