Back to back conference wins for the first time would be nice, but I just don't see it happening against a good long-range shooting team like Oregon State who is much better than their 1-8 conference record would indicate. After a string of close losses, the Beavers are overdue for a breakout game.
Ufan, Oregon State is much better than their conference record indicates, but that doesn't automatically mean they're due for a breakout game. Their defense has been pretty lazy most of the season, and I think if Utah jumps out to a hot start like they did in Seattle, the Utes will win this one, especially with Loveridge back since he seems to be the only guy who can get buckets down the stretch.
I think "desperate" is an apt description of things.
Ducky,
Agreed. Desperate would be about right.
