Nothing says, "I follow the teachings of the Prince of Peace," quite like a 1911 on your hip.

"Do unto others... and ask questions later."

Or maybe we've got it all wrong and Jesus was really the "Prince of the Peacemaker?"

Any bets on how long it will take for an accidental discharge in the pews to make the evening news?

Utah legislators are now whimpering in hopes of emulating Arkansas.

"pass a bill that would leave it up to individual places of worship to decide whether to allow concealed handguns and who could carry them."

I agree with this. Why not let the churches decide?

Larger question though - How does sit with the pro second amendment crown?

Should anyone be able to dictate where and when you can carry a gun? (bar, plane, football stadium)?

Gee. My comment about George Tiller, an abortion doctor who was gunned down at church was taken down.

Wonder why?

FYI? Mr. Tiller was killed by a man with a gun, in church on: 05/31/09
