We are still in Germany as Europe has been a threat with some of those alliances over the years. Even though there are tribal differences after having a somewhat consolidated government with Karzai for years, it is not good enough for stability. We will withdraw similar to Vietnam with the embassy falling after the troops depart. We were able to keep the factions going to kick the Russians out after their 10 years of failure to gain actual control of Afghanistan. Their religious variations and the English dividing the countries to their liking, not the citizen's liking has help keep what England wanted from these countries. We have blended in thousands of variations of culture and religion in the United States of America after our civil war that was horrendous on our nation.
We are becoming a nation more divided after 2008 and hopefully we will remember our roots. Some want us to forget our founding fathers and the great influence they had on our lives. Now we have John Kerry as our great defender of freedoms. It is amazing that we have a President, Vice-President, Secretary of State and maybe a Secretary of Defense from the Senate brotherhood.
