If I ever hear "that was a good no-call" again, I'll puke. If it's against the rules, have the courage to make the call. The rule book does not describe infractions as "situational." The 49er's receiver may well have made the catch in the corner of the end zone if he hadn't been obviously held. The 49er's defender may well have tackled the Ravens punter in the end zone, saving precious seconds, if he hadn't been held.
Now, before you respond with "well, it goes both ways," let me say, "I agree with you, but the calls must be made. The refs need to have the integrity to make the calls!"
Paul Kruger (Utah) sacks Kaepernick on 3rd and goal in the Super Bowl! I got my money's worth.
Great game despite a few referee malfunctions. Disturbing commercials and halftime bar room dancing. Made the decision for future Super Bowls to turn off the TV whenever football is not being played.

Your are correct, but there were two calls in the first half that weren't called, Torrey Smith covered by two 49er's and he couldn't get back to the back, which was interference that they didn't call, and what about the Flacco being hit out of bounds, even the announcers were like he was out of bounds, but probably a good no call, so yeah it goes both ways.
It's absolutely ridiculous that during the N.F.L. regular season the players are highly scrutinized and better not make any mistakes or a flag will be thrown in preparation to attempt to make the Playoffs. During the Playoffs the N.F.L. or the Comissioner Roger Goodell says, "Let the players play." Leaving them to Police themselves. Cary Williams of the Ravens pushes a Referee and doesn't get thrown out of the SuperBowl? Are you kidding me? During the Regular season he would have been thrown out instantaneously. The SuperBowl is a joke and has been for years w/horrible officiating, entertainment etc.
