It doesn't surprise me the City signed off on the development and doesn't plan to revise or even review their ordinance.....that would be responsible and make sense.

Development is King in Utah.

Just wait until we have an earthquake on the Wasatch Front and then you'll see all thoase wonderful "landscaping boulders" that everyone on a hillside just "has to have" so their house has "curb appeal" in places like Bountiful, Layton, Provo, Orem. North Salt Lake, Lehi, Alpine, Centerville, Farmington, etc. You get the picture. And after a certain number of them block the road how is your family going to receive medical attention when an ambulance can't get through?

Just hope you don't live right below a neighbor that has boulders in their yard. Oops, too late.......well, your boulders can plumment your neighbor below so it's ok I suppose.
