    Strict controls?

That horse left the barn when voters made their choice...

"...a strong regulatory structure that would limit how much marijuana is grown to ensure that it's only meeting demand for in-state users...".

    Good luck with that one.

The Deseret new really needs a 'fact check' standard on these post.

Anyone can post anything...and it doesn't even have to be true.

@ Happy Valley, Nope, your are wrong, I checked and there is no law on the books against sniffing glue. Glue is not a controlled substance, therefore you can legally buy it, sell it, glue things with it, and even sniff it if you so desire, but I would caution you that no good comes of sniffing glue. You are only poisoning yourself. By the way, there is a reason marijuana is called "dope".

Actually your wrong as usual, It's NOT legal to sniff glue.

But if we're on the subject of things that are not good Ideas, More guns for everyone.

Because the Constitution was drafted on "Hemp Paper" doesn't that mean it's "in" the constitution?
The founding fathers would be appalled that it was allowed to be banned by corporate interestes to begin with.
It is as Intrinsic to our countries history as guns are.
