I'm not sure the inauguration is where we should expect a bunch of policy announcements.
Judging from the writers tone it's pretty apparent to me, he is one of those people who wouldn't listen this president no matter where, or when he speaks, but would tune into the radio for their analysis (spin).
I believe he said he will address those topics during the State of the Union, if you actually wanted to watch or listen.
Bush doubled the national debt.
Regan tripled the national debt.
Obama is not even on par with their spending yet.
And yet, why do some complain about it?
