Not a bad idea, but right now therE are budget concerns.
Are you a Republican who also wants to cut taxes?
I wonder if the boardwalk sections of the trail can support an ATV with a plow or if the plow would damage the boardwalks. I've driven on Legacy and thought the same thing about it needing to be plowed. I hear the budget concerns too.
I would be there are volunteers who would do it if they were given permission to do so.
