I learned to ski at Deer Valley. My brother-in-law was Bob's son -- all three boys Bob, Darrell, and Alden are gone now. It was memorable times there, and there were lots of school activities there during the winter. Loved my time there.

I worked at Deer Valley (snow park lodge) during the 2002 Olympics season. Roger was my manager then and I never knew of the connection of the names of 2 chair lifts just outside! I look back at that time working at the resort as one of the best times of my life. Roger was a very fair manager on all the staff and was a genuinely good gentleman to work for. It's very good to see that he is still providing excellent service to all the Skiers at the DV Resort. Well done Roger. I last dropped into the resort in the spring of 2010, however I missed meeting up with Roger on that day (although he was at work according to a colleague). Well done Roger for all your great work!!
