The arrogance of this state and its governor is astounding, they feel they are empowered to set a cut off date to confiscate the billions of dollars the state governors personal use. The state took control of persoanl property and now think they own it. A judge and previous laws established by other states or the federal government should the the only person to put date limits that end the publics right to access their due process and claims.

This kind of arrogance is criminal and illegal, Utah has no right to limit claims to profiteer on others unknown benefit of legal compensations. For Utah to make such a outright claim to other money is criminal.

States should never be given control of personal settle's claim moneys, its an incentive not to distribute or seek out those who it belongs to. This state run ponzi scheme is cause for jail and criminal charges.
