The budget can't really solve unemployment because it's not about hiring people to work for the government.
At least he's right about one thing; the problem right now is not the debt, it's unemployment. And there's nothing stimulative in the budget deal.
50 of America's Top CEO's wrote an open letter last month to congress before the budget deal.
Therein, they said they could hire 1 million new employees IF congress would get off their duffs and pass a budget.
They market remained uncommitted and indecisive until Uncle Sam could tell them more where to place their bets.
The deal's now down. Play ball.
