The dentist should be able to fire whomever he wishes and for any reason.
This fired female tech... she probably didn't even notice she was coming on to her employer. Many females don't... mainly becasue it is their nature to be appealing and attractive. And it in the male nature to react to the attraction. If this were not the case the human species would have become extinct eons ago. So, live with it and enjoy.
