I don't know where you get your info from, but Van Noy would have been picked in the first two rounds.
Joe Kruger, on the other hand, may have jumped the gun a little.
Some of you may need to recall Sam Bradford. Returned for his senior year when he was a lock for the first round. he was injured in the first game of his senior season and still ended up as the #1 pick. And as much as some like to point out that BYU's best win that season was against an Oklahoma team that ended the year unranked. Conveniently forgotten is the reason they had a poor season. And that BYU was leading and playing very well when Bradford went down. Also, the Sooners had 3 of the top 4 picks in the ensuing draft.
