I guess we'll find out which elected "leaders," if any, really care about the middle class, and which disingenuously used that rhetoric to garner votes. It's the middle class and below who are at greatest risk in this debacle. Partisan posturing and pride need to be set aside for the better good of the constituents--"We, the People."
Let the tax cuts expire. If our government is going to spend the money, we should pay for it and not pass it on to our children. Balance the budget (taxes = spending).
What has a better chance of working?
Congress, and Obama fixing the economy, or the Three Stooges fixing the plumbing?
