If the death penalty was enforced fewere innocent people would be murdered as a murderer would fear for his life. Many murderers live while families of the innocent victims have to pay for there care and go through years of appeals. Death Penalty should be held used for the worst of our society. By denying they death penalty you are saying the murderer is worthy of life while the innocent victim isn't.
