When it comes to health care and patents should not be allowed and be legally available to the public and other manufacturers. Since these industries are funded by consumers and taxes they should be declared the property of the consumers because they are the ones ultimately paying and funding all the R & D of drug companies and health care devices through purchases, insurance payments, and public taxes.
There has to be a break up of the monopoly and cost gouging the right to life and health of the american people.
