Thank you Steve, for having the courage to stand up and say all of this. It will help many athletes and men. Most mental health problems are lumped into "women's problems." This is because most men won't talk about it. I have lived with depression for more than 30 years and it is living a nightmare everyday. As Steve said, it is no as simple as just snapping out of it. If it were, no one would be depressed. Again, thank you Steve, you are a true hero...and it has nothing to do with your gold medal.
