This recipe sounded very interesting, since I love pudding, and I knew chia was very nutritious. It didn't seem to me that it was important to use almond milk, so I just used my low fat milk instead. The taste was good, but definitely not thick like a pudding. The next time I put in 2 Tbsp. of chia seeds for 1 cup of milk. Success! And yummy!
