So the federal government is giving $25 million to a program/project to track where the federal government gives foreign aid and resources. What?
This is why we don't let the Government get more of our money. They don't even know where it is going as it is. Not wonder there is such waste. Wow.
Too bad they can't track the fraud in Medicare and Medicaid --- They will always have it because gov't doesn't have the will or know how to prevent it.
Most of the foreign aid goes to warlords and two-bit dictators who promise to protect American businesses and let Coca-Cola become the drink of choice. No study needed on this one...
