An equally productive lawsuit would be someone suing the owners of the world trade towers (who in this article are suing the airline) stating they should have made their buildings stronger and then the terrorist attack would not have brought them down. Perhaps even better is if the airline were to sue the building owners stating that if the buildings had somehow been different then both the plane and building may have survived the collision.
