Who owns Sugar House?
Is it the residents who live there, pay for its services, care deeply about it and have desires not necessarily in line with redeployment. Is it the businessmen who have businesses there. Even though they may not live there. Is it the developers who make the grandiose predictions and promises and who will walk away later with their millions in profits whether or not any of the predictions or promises come true.
For the resident, will he be able to purchase the necessities of life at better prices, live more comfortably in his home, be closer to the places he need to go? Will he see much change for his world beyond an increase in his taxes, that will happen even if the project fails?
The resident must ask himself, why do I need this?
