Much needed win!But I don`t think they can brag to much after beating a winless team!
We barely beat a team that is win-less without it's two best players. I thought that we were suppose to be really competitive with these acquisitions we purchased this Summer. Looks to me like not only we did not get our money's worth, but they are turning out to be a bunch of old, worn-out players that no one wanted and that cannot compete with younger, more athletic players.
Two comments this long after a Jazz game (and a win at that)? What's that saying about fan engagement with this team?
Don't have much myself, except, yeah, I thought they were lucky to win as well, and was wondering if the big front three would ever start... ...but unless the team goes to a "situational starting line-up" (which I've never seen work for a team), I'm guessing there are a fair number of threes in the league who can guard Millsap better than he can guard them... ...but even with how Sap's playing well, you can only keep Favors out of the starting line-up so long... ...he's progressing and often amazing to watch.
Anyway, with words left to fill, here's a thought: If Corbin ever becomes a winning, beloved Jazz coach (I'm having doubts, but not ready to write him off just yet), especially if the Jazz can have home records like they used to, we can nickname ESL "Tyland."
