Hoax. Its only fair and right that the governore should start adding in poverty and these 8700 welfare paid employees of of new businesses as unemployed as well. Because they earn there welfare in private business welfare positions does not mean they are employed or have a job.
Its time that these fake numbers be put in reality since none of these jobs are outside the welfare systems. The state found a way to fake unemployment by importing small business then have the employees of this new business sent to the welfare department and sign up for welfare so they can "look" like they have a job. The reality is the governor is funneling welfare funds to the business to pay their wages and incomes and making tax payers carry the burden and poor loose more of their entitlement. Spreading the wealth for a republican government means spread the butter (welfare) thinner on the bread to cover (discolor) more slices. Before long the coloring tuns to spots then microbial sprays but we are all getting a share of entitlements and that's all that matters to a political joke politician that has too much contempt for those who elected them.
