Its good that at least one State has recognized that affirmative action is a racist law and should be abolished by overriding the court decision as racist and biased and prejudiced. The state writss the laws, the courts can only opine the laws of the land and not declare them anything.
Strike down affirmative action laws as unconstitutional, it gives us inept and criminal presidents and heads of state and governemnt. Abolishing a law doesn't make it unconstitutional, the law was written clarify racism, not make it a right because of race. Declaring a right because of race is what is unconstitutional and this is what the Affirmative action advocates are declaring and the courts should be opposing.
I guess the federal court has never read the 14th amendment
Hopefully this opinion will be overturned by the Supreme Court (prior to Obama stacking it with more left-wing zealots)
Affirmative Action is merely racism wrapped in rationalization
