So Mrs. Clinton can "agree" to testify or she can "decline." I thought she was a public servant and was obligated to show up when requested.

Clinton falsely claimed to be under fire while in Bosnia. She also, falsely claimed a vast right wing conspiricy was accusing her husband of having an affair.
