So if you were a BB recruit, considering BYU and Utah. Would you chose the school that plays their first 8 games at home against teams like Willamette and Sac St? Or would you chose the team that gives you the opportunity to play in New York against teams like Florida St and Notre Dame?

This years schedule might give K2 a good feeling with a legit chance of winning 10 - 12 Non-Conference games but a real possibility of winning zero conference games. This is not a recipe for good recruiting or keeping players. I think we'll see the same exodus of multiple players at the end of the year who know college BB can offer more than this. If players wanted to play D3 teams they would go to a community college.

I think the Cougs are comparable to both teams they play this week. They should be very good games. I'd love to come away 2-0 from a great road trip that would surely boost RPI and improve seeding in March, and I think we have a chance of doing this. Go Cougs!

We welcome the Cougars to the Big Apple and will have a large group of noisy fans cheering them on. Maybe you guys can put on some yellow Mormon Helping Hands shirts and help with the cleanup next weekend!!

A team that puts defensive pressure on may cause some serious problems for the Cougars. With limited opportunities to put pressure on Georgia State caused a lot of turnovers. Haws and Carlino will need to take care of the ball better to beat FSU.
