After Hurricane got crushed by JD, I posted the comment that nobody would touch JD this year. Well I shouldn't have overlooked Dixie and Barney. And as I say that, I'm thinking of a particular play in the Hurricane-Dixie game. Dixie was facing a third and long, deep in their own territory, when a host of tigers broke through the line and bottled Barney up. Hurricane fans cheered, Dixie fans went quiet and the announcers shuffled their papers to get ready for the next play, when out of nowhere Barney broke loose, and found an open receiver who took it up the sideline for 50+ yards. The kid doesn't quit and win or lose this week, he'd have my vote for 3A MVP.
