Comments about ‘Admitting to affair, Petraeus resigns as CIA chief’

This has been all over the news for the last 24 hours and I was just wondering why the DN waited so long to post it..Methinks there might be a conspiracy here for conservative editors to protect one of their heroes..As a result,without any kind of tangible evidence (the same standard used by teapartiers)I demand open hearings and long-winded denunciations directed towards the editorial staff at DN...This is obviously a cover-up because of the very long delay in publishing this article and its salacious details of lust and infidelity which the gentile populace of Utah prefer not to hear..I rather doubt that the editors will print this but a counter-balance is need for the nonsense sure to come about how this is Presidents fault and Petreus is being sacrificed over Beghazi,Cairo,Obamacare,gas prices,rigged elections,welfare frauds,and hatred towards white individuals;just to name a few..At any rate,I liked Petraeus and do not consider his infidelity a mortal sin;but he did do the honorable thing and resign...

I am glad the Deseret News did not print this article before it had become common knowledge on the internet and was no longer just an unsubstantiated rumor.

Question: Will Mrs. Petraeus be forgiving in the manner of Hillary Clinton or will she divorce him like Maria Shriver did Arnold Swarzennegar?

Makes you wonder about the timing and why he resigned. How many other generals and political leaders have had affairs and never resigned. Also heard that rumors are that Clinton has hired the worlds best lawyers. Every second term for a president has had some type of crisis. What will be obamas; Benguazie, the financil cliff, Iran's nukes.
