Open hearing should be held for ANY allegations of misconduct by public servants
-- it cannot be restricted to judges only.
One complaint from someone found guilty of a crime? What con doesn't think
they were mistreated by the system, judges, etc. I think it would
take a pattern of complaints to have an open hearing, and at that point it
should be done.One person's sour grapes does not necessarily
equal allegations of misconduct.
